In this versatile role, you'll serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft innovative cocktails, and manage beverage carts efficiently. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will ensure exceptional guest relations while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and sanitation. This position offers a lively environment where you can showcase your sales skills, and passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take orders accurately using POS systems such as TOAST and process transactions efficiently with cash handling expertise. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards. Manage beverage carts on the course or event space, restocking supplies promptly and maintaining cleanliness at all times. understanding golf etiquette. Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for food service orders. Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including fine dining options, to assist guests with selections and answer questions confidently. Support bussing, host/hostess duties, or other food industry tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Uphold sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Requirements Must be 21 years or older Previous experience as bartender for 2 years +. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast or similar. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift supplies up to 40lbs, and perform cleaning duties as necessary.
