Scenic golf course setting with a supportive team environment and a fast-paced hospitality atmosphere. Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food and beverage service, especially in fast-paced bar, restaurant, or banquet environments, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes Take accurate food and beverage orders with a positive attitude and enthusiasm Utilize our POS system and other technology efficiently Operate cash registers and handle cash and credit transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area Engage with guests, provide menu and drink recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Upsell drinks and promote specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue Effectively multitask while serving bar guests and dining room patrons simultaneously Qualifications Previous bartending and/or serving experience preferred Experience with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong time management and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail recipes Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic math skills for handling cash and payments If you are a dynamic individual with a flair for bartending/serving and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity!
