Bartender

Bartender Sagrada | Tryon, NC Part-time / Full-time Sagrada is a chef-driven restaurant and wine bar in Tryon, NC, focused on modern fare with Latin influence, seasonal ingredients, and a curated beverage program. We are looking for an experienced bartender who can deliver high-quality drinks while maintaining strong hospitality and a clean, organized bar. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in both craft and service.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with consistency and attention to detail Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times Provide attentive, genuine guest service Demonstrate knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, and wine (or willingness to learn) Manage bar prep, batching, and daily setup/breakdown Handle cash and POS transactions accurately Support the service team as needed during peak hours

Qualifications:

1-3+ years bartending experience in a restaurant or bar setting Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and basic wine service Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Preferred (not required): Experience in chef-driven or upscale casual restaurants Wine knowledge or interest in expanding wine education Spanish language skills

Schedule:

Evening shifts (Thursday-Monday) Weekend availability required

Compensation:

Hourly + tips (competitive based on experience)
