Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and assisting with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Collaborate with restaurant staff during busy periods such as banquets or catering events to deliver seamless service in various settings. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality industry roles, especially within fine dining or casual restaurant environments. Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer options. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to develop new beverage recipes and adapt existing ones to meet guest preferences creatively.
