Server/Bartender The Hemp Farmacy - 3.0 Wilmington, NC Job Details Part-time From $7.25 an hour 3 days ago Qualifications Customer communication Bar sanitation Bar cleaning Sales transaction processing Cash register operations Payment processing in food service Flexibility Full Job Description We're excited to welcome experienced bartenders to the team as we takeover ownership of an established taproom located in downtown Wilmington, NC! We're looking for friendly, dependable, customer-focused individuals who enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere and working in a fast paced bar environment. Previous bartending experience is required, and we're especially interested in individuals who take pride in great customer service and are motivated to work independently and with a team!

Responsibilities :

Provide friendly, attentive, and engaging service to customers. Prepare and serve beverages responsibly and efficiently. Operate the POS system and process customer transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming bar and customer area. Follow all opening and closing procedures efficiently. Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards. Properly stock, organize, and maintain bar inventory and supplies. Work effectively both as part of a team and independently during solo shifts. Communicate professionally with coworkers, management, and customers. Lift and carry items up to 50lbs.

Qualifications :

Previous bartending experience is required . Strong customer service and communication skills. Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality. Experience using a POS system. Ability to lift and carry 50lbs. Must be able to work a combination of daytime, evening, weekend, and late night shifts. Taproom hours :

11:00 AM to 1:00

AM Saturday:

11:00 AM to 1:00

AM Sunday:
