Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations and promoting a safe environment. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, including catering events, banquets, or nightclub nights. Stay informed about beverage trends, brewing techniques, and food industry standards to enhance service quality. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Experience in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions. Familiarity with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local regulations. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
