Event Bartender

Job Summary ROAR is seeking skilled and experienced bartenders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As an event Bartender, you will be responsible for set up, preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. We are a no cash facility. A regular bartending shift is $5/hr plus tips and certain events would be $8/hr plus tips. Our staff receive 40% off at all locations (Roar, Miller's on Trade, and Miller's on Robinhood). Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons. Operate the POS system efficiently to process orders and manage payments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Working catering events or banquets, providing exceptional service during special occasions. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems and cash registers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Understanding of food safety practices is essential. A team player who can work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members. References required.
