Server/bartender

Company Overview InDemand Asian Street Food & Burger Bar is hiring a Server/Bartender Candidates must have at least 1 year of restaurant experience and 1 year of bar experience. Must be able to work 1 late-night shifts per week (till 1am). Must have great customer service skill and the ability to multitask by working bar and taking tables. The ideal candidate should be available to work 2-3 shifts per week. Experience with Clover POS is a plus. This person will be in charge of the following: Ensuring ticket times and food accuracy for both dine in and take out orders is met. Ensuring opening or closing checklist are properly met. Ensuring that restaurant is well prepared for the next shift by following shift checklists. Greeting guests and handling guest concerns. Cash handling which includes opening or closing register and preparing daily deposit. Candidates must have reliable transportation Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Proficiency with POS systems such as Clover POS or Toast POS; retail math skills are a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Strong math skills for cash handling, billing, and sales transactions. Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
