Job Summary:

We are seeking Servers and Bartenders to join our team. As a Server or Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your role will involve preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Duties:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide information about menu items
• Adhere to all food handling and safety guidelines
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar

Skills:

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods
• Proficiency in using cash registers or POS systems for accurate cash handling
• Knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
• Familiarity with brewing methods and beer styles is a plus
• Ability to handle food safely according to health regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly manner
• Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred but not required
• Must have knowledge of laws and regulations related to serving alcohol responsibly
• Must have weekend availability.
