Job Description

Job description Bartender/Server - Cotter Outback Cotter Outback, located near Cotter, Iowa on Highway 92 near the Louisa/Washington County line is opening very soon. Historically the location of Bryn Mawr Steakhouse, our vision is to restore the upscale dining experience once offered here and we are seeking bartenders/servers who can deliver a polished, efficient, and professional customer service experience. We value consistency, reliability, and strong customer interaction.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve drinks or serve food accurately and efficiently Provide attentive, professional service to guests Handle transactions with accuracy and accountability
Qualifications:
Bartending or serving experience required Ability to stay composed and efficient during high-volume periods Strong communication and customer service skills
Pay:
Hourly + tips
