Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide personalized drink recommendations and enhance their overall experience Maintain thorough knowledge of beverage recipes, including signature cocktails and current trends in mixology and brewing Operate POS systems accurately to process cash transactions, credit card payments, and tabs efficiently Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and minimizing waste through proper handling and storage practices Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the bar area Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours while managing time effectively Experience Experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and cocktail mixology techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously Familiarity with POS systems ; experience with cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions Prior experience in food service or restaurant settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the hospitality industry Join us as a Bartender where your enthusiasm for beverages and dedication to guest satisfaction will energize our venue.
