Server/Bartender

Overview Toro Tom's Sports Bar & Grill is looking for additional part-time Server/Bartenders to join our team! Join us and become the heart of an exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure smooth food and beverage operations, and create memorable moments for every guest. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality will help foster a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and eager to return. The hours we are looking for fill are Tuesday- Friday 4pm-10pm and occasional bartending shifts Friday and Saturdays 7pm-1am. Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS system ensuring clarity and precision Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while providing honest recommendations Manage table settings, clear dishes, and assist with bussing to maintain a clean and inviting environment Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Support food safety protocols by following sanitation guidelines, proper food handling procedures, and maintaining cleanliness Experience Prior restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred but not required Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, and proper food preparation techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Background in serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or hospitality roles demonstrates readiness for this energetic position Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
