Must Have availability to work Saturday and Sundays Have availability to work nights Complete a Keno course to write keno Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Skills Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beers, and cocktail recipes; experience in beverage recipe development is a plus Proficiency with POS systems; Toast. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming environment and handle guest inquiries professionally Prior experience preferred Ability to demonstrate food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling This position is ideal for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in energetic environments.
