Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Manage bar inventory, restocking supplies as needed, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions responsibly. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations at all times. Assist in setting up for events like banquets or catering functions, including food handling and serving duties when required. Maintain a lively atmosphere by supporting nightclub activities or special events, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills. Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions in fast-paced environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience with retail math, cash handling, cashiering, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions. Background in hospitality or food industry roles that showcase your ability to serve with professionalism and enthusiasm.
