We pride ourselves on providing guests with a welcoming, high-quality dining experience. As a Server or Bartender , you play a key role in creating memorable moments through consistency, hospitality, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Deliver genuine hospitality and guide guests through our menu with strong food and beverage knowledge Create positive first impressions and build guest loyalty Provide timely, attentive, and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for Maintain complete knowledge of Hiro 88's food and beverage offerings Enter orders accurately using iPads and handle all payments properly Interact positively with coworkers and contribute to a team-oriented environment Verify guest IDs for alcohol service and follow all responsible service standards Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas Report to work in a clean uniform with a professional appearance Schedule Requirements Must be available a minimum of 3 shifts per week , including: One Friday or Saturday Every Sunday One additional weekday shift

Qualifications Required:

Must be of legal age to serve alcohol Valid state or city alcohol compliance card (where applicable)

Preferred:
