Bartender LaBelle Winery - 3.7 Amherst, NH Job Details Part-time 6 hours ago Benefits 401(k) matching Employee discount Gym membership Referral program Qualifications Customer communication Moving High school diploma or GED Full Job Description LaBelle Winery is seeking a professional, high energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our LaBelle Lights customers. Work directly with customers by mixing and serving drinks Greet customers Verifying age Clear knowledge on alcohol pairing and tastes Clear knowledge on traditional and classy drinks Processing payments Managing inventory Cleaning bar supplies Upsell items Create recipes Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions ensuring charges are accurate. Ability to use POS systems Ability to work as a team Lifting ice and carrying cases of liquor when needed. Other job duties may be assigned Requirements High school diploma, must be over 18 years old Additional education, training, certificates or experience required Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol Available to work nights, weekends and holidays Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong task and time management abilities. Eye for detail and understanding of drink mixing tools and techniques Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods of time Frequently lifting up to 25lbs with the ability to lift 50lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend in tight areas such as behind the bar and in the kitchen. Ability to climb stairs Standing for 6-8 hours may be required. Moving intermittently during work hours
