Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, ensuring accurate transactions and balanced registers. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly, checking IDs and enforcing legal drinking age policies. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods while maintaining high-quality service levels. Uphold all health and safety regulations related to food safety, food handling, and responsible serving practices in both nightclub and restaurant settings. customer service standards when needed. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Flexibility to Serve in the dining room is required.
