As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness. The ideal candidate would be server/bartender. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an organized and clean bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and ordering stock as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, especially during catering events or banquets. Stay updated on beverage trends, including brewing techniques and new cocktail recipes. Uphold responsible serving practices to promote guest safety and satisfaction. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, brewing methods, and food safety practices. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and managing tabs accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
