MUST have previous experience and MUST be available to work weekends. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Toast. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety standards are upheld. Uphold food handling protocols and ensure all beverages are prepared following health regulations. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Previous experience working in the food industry or hospitality sector is required. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and retail math scenarios.
