Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, liquor brands, beer selections, wine offerings, and non‑alcoholic options. Demonstrate proper use of glassware, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes for all drinks. Set up the bar at the beginning of each shift and complete all closing procedures, including restocking, fruit prep, cleaning equipment, and organizing work areas. Maintain accurate cash‑handling procedures, process payments, and balance the bank during each shift. Keep the bar clean and organized, including surfaces, wells, coolers, sinks, draught systems, and lounge/service areas. Stock and replenish liquors, beers, wines, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, and supplies throughout the shift. Rotate products to maintain freshness and quality. Ensure visually appealing presentation of drinks and the overall bar environment. Provide BIG Service by engaging guests enthusiastically, anticipating needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Build positive and professional relationships with guests, coworkers, managers, and vendors. Work independently with minimal supervision or collaboratively within a team. Maintain required uniform and appearance standards. Assist in training and mentoring new Team Members when requested. Report irregularities, equipment concerns, or unusual situations to the manager on duty. Use all bar equipment, cleaning agents, and sanitizing products safely and according to SDS and departmental standards. Maintain compliance with alcohol service laws, gaming regulations, and company policies. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older. Must successfully pass all required background checks. Must complete and maintain all required alcohol awareness and food/alcohol safety certifications. Internal candidates must have at least six months in their current position with no active corrective action in the past six months. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Work environment may include exposure to loud noise, guest chatter, overhead music, live entertainment, and areas where smoking is permitted. Must possess manual dexterity to operate POS systems, glasswashers, bar tools, and mixing equipment.
