Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will create memorable experiences for guests by providing exceptional food and beverage service in a lively environment. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach will ensure guests feel welcomed and valued. Whether taking orders, mixing drinks, or managing the bar area, you'll be a key player in delivering top-tier service that keeps our guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements in a friendly, professional manner Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations Manage cash handling, cashiering, and billing processes with precision and accountability Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations throughout shifts Upsell menu items to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with licensing laws Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders, including catering or banquet services when applicable Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to enhance overall guest experience Follow all food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards diligently Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is required Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS, Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Demonstrated ability in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of retail math for cash handling and sales transactions Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking and quick thinking Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences!
