This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the food and beverage industry, with a strong emphasis on fine dining and nightlife environments. You will be responsible for mixing drinks, serving customers, and supporting the bar operations to ensure a seamless experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Support bartenders with drink preparation and serving during busy periods. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations in all aspects of food handling. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for processing orders. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or banquets. Demonstrate effective time management skills to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or barbacking within a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in fine dining or banquet settings is highly desirable. Must possess strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy atmosphere. A passion for the hospitality industry, including brewing knowledge, is an advantage.
