You belong here Job Overview The Bartender at Asbury Ocean Club Hotel creates cocktails and crafts beverage experiences that reflect the creative energy and coastal sophistication of a Michelin Key property rooted in Asbury Park's vibrant culture. This role is responsible for preparing and serving cocktails, wines, and beverages to established recipes and standards, engaging guests with the kind of personality and knowledge that transforms a drink into a genuine moment of hospitality. Whether guests arrive from the boardwalk or the beach, they will find a warm, memorable welcome at Asbury Ocean Club's bar. They are an ambassador of happiness and hospitality, inspiring both guests and fellow associates through their commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards. Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner; maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction. Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures. Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists. Know and comply with state liquor laws. Ensure established pars are maintained. Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules.
