Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Bartender to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environment. The ideal candidate delivers exceptional guest experiences, maintains strong product knowledge, and executes beverage and food service with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards Take and fulfill both beverage and food & beverage orders efficiently and accurately Deliver exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming and engaging bar atmosphere Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system operations responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking and sanitation Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service in accordance with all state and company policies Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and management to ensure smooth service execution Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and upselling opportunities Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years bartending experience in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or casino environment preferred Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic math and cash-handling skills Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
