Maintain a professional appearance at all times Provide prompt and efficient customer service Maintains a supply of all bar products/supplies, including all glassware Maintains the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar area(s), glassware and equipment Assures that all laws applicable to beverage operations are consistently followed Learn the names of regulars and personally recognize them Monitor guest experience and take appropriate action to assure the best customer service Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinksWorking Conditions:
Employee must be able to lift/handle up to 50 lbs. occasionally Work extended hours during golf and holiday season Work weekends and holidays Physical activity including long periods of standing, walking, bending.Qualifications, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
1. A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining 2. Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law 3. Possess excellent customer service skills 4. Must be dependable 5. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment 6. Must be able to work in a team environment 7. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills 8.
