In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and excellent customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to creating memorable occasions for our guests, ensuring smooth service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently during banquets, weddings, corporate events, and other functions Maintain a clean, organized bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Accurately handle cash transactions using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper cash handling and cashiering procedures Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and answering beverage-related questions Manage multiple drink orders simultaneously while adhering to timing and quality standards Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure readiness for upcoming service periods Follow all food safety regulations related to food handling, alcohol service, and responsible beverage service policies Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or banquet environments with strong knowledge of food industry standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy event schedules Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Experience with catering or banquet service is highly desirable Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring drink ingredients Ability to work effectively in fast-paced hospitality environments including nightclubs and large-scale events Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing or brewing-related services is a plus Join us as a Banquet Bartender where your enthusiasm fuels unforgettable guest experiences!
