It is very important that we are hiring people that will provide our customers with the best experience possible and will continue to help uphold our great reputation. You will need to be people oriented and have a great attitude so that we can grow our customer base and ensure they are coming back time after time. You will need to work well under pressure, in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Thorough knowledge of the food and drink menus so that orders can be taken accurately and you can help answer any questions the customer may have. This is a cuisine with which most people are not familiar. Being reliable and coming in on time for all scheduled shifts. Call offs and lateness will not be tolerated. Maintaining a clean and safe environment including proper food handling procedures and responsible alcohol service. Thoroughly completing all prep, running and closing side work. Working as a team and helping all other staff when needed including the back of house Skills Proven experience serving or bartending in a full service restaurant or bar Being able to multitask and perform well under pressure Handling guest complaints or problems while maintaining a friendly attitude Experience in digital POS systems Responsible handling of cash and credit cards
