The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Interact with customers to take drink orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Operate cash registers and POS systems, including Aloha POS, for processing transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as required, providing excellent service throughout. Stay updated on beverage trends and menu offerings to enhance customer experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers or POS systems. Knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining service standards is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters positive guest interactions. Previous experience in bartending is required.
