We are looking for someone who provides attentive and friendly service, works efficiently in a fast paced restaurant environment, and takes pride in preparing consistent, high quality beverages. The ideal candidate is comfortable serving guests at the bar, managing service bar orders, and supporting private events and high volume service. Weekend availability is required for this position. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests seated at the bar Manage service bar orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy and consistency during busy periods Take food and beverage orders and provide menu and beverage recommendations when appropriate Accurately enter orders and process payments using the restaurant POS system Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly and accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar throughout each shift Complete opening, closing, restocking, and side work responsibilities Monitor liquor, wine, beer, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies and communicate inventory needs to management Follow responsible alcohol service practices and all applicable regulations Support private events, large parties, and banquet style bar service as needed Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for the bar, glassware, equipment, and surrounding work areas Qualifications Previous bartending experience required Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer Strong guest service and communication skills Comfortable handling both bar guests and service bar volume Experience taking food orders and providing full service at the bar Experience with cash handling and restaurant POS systems Ability to multitask and remain organized during high volume service Professional, dependable, and team oriented Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent beverage preparation Flexible availability, including evenings, holidays, and private events based on business needs Weekend availability is required Preferred Experience Experience with Aloha POS Experience in a full service restaurant environment Private event, banquet, or high volume bartending experience Knowledge of wine and classic cocktails If you are an experienced bartender who enjoys providing great hospitality, working as part of a team, and creating a welcoming experience for guests, we would love to hear from you.
