Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience. Use POS systems to accurately take orders, process payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during busy hours by utilizing effective time management skills. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at banquets or catering events, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. Support the team during peak hours in a nightclub or restaurant setting by managing bar inventory and restocking supplies as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations. Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
