Prepare and mix drinks as a bartender, creating a variety of beverages to meet guest preferences while adhering to food safety standards. Assist with setup, breakdown, and cleanup of banquet areas, including bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout service. Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate special requests to enhance their experience. Support catering operations by assisting with food handling, food preparation, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Monitor guest relations during events to promptly address any concerns or issues that arise, maintaining a positive atmosphere. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all banquet activities while upholding high standards of hospitality. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly preferred; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of food handling safety practices and food service procedures. Experience working as a banquet server or bartender in hotel or catering environments is desirable. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy trays or supplies, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and beverage mixing is beneficial; coffee experience is a plus. A positive attitude with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences in the hospitality industry.
