Join the Team at 618! We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to become part of our hospitality team. If you enjoy creating exceptional drinks, delivering outstanding guest service, and working in a lively, team-oriented environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages with accuracy and consistency. Deliver friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and throughout the dining area. Offer recommendations and answer questions about our beverage menu. Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift. Follow all applicable food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Work closely with fellow bartenders, servers, and support staff to provide a great guest experience. Qualifications At least 2 years of bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar. Solid understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, positive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
