Bartender

SUMMARY:

Are you an experienced Bartender with a passion for hospitality and leadership? Do you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment? We're seeking talented, mature individuals to join our team as Bartenders at our vibrant establishment in Freehold, New Jersey.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Serving drinks while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area Attending to the details and presentation of each order Preparing and maintaining ingredients by following recipes Opening and closing procedures ( i.e., Restocking, presetting tables, cleaning, etc. ) Adhering to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Taking accurate payment from customers and giving the correct change

Requirements:

Individuals must have a positive and engaging personality and a professional appearance Availability to work on nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons Meets the state's minimum age to serve alcohol Strong task and time management abilities Hair must be pulled back, and beard(s) must be trimmed Experience with guest service including hospitality and professionalism Ability to work well on a team Exhibit the best potential toward customer satisfaction Willingness to find resolutions for guest issues/concerns with the assistance of management Individuals must be respectful, courteous, and professional with guests and co-workers •
