  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with legal regulations. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring that all beverage services meet quality standards. Uphold food safety standards and maintain knowledge of health regulations within the food industry. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a cohesive dining experience for guests. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are highly valued.
