We are building a fast-paced Jamaican-inspired juice and beverage program focused on quality, speed, customer service, and consistency. If you enjoy working with people, love food and drinks, and thrive in a busy environment, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Prepare smoothies, fresh juices, lemonades, coffee, and specialty beverages Follow recipes and portion standards accurately Greet customers with energy and professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of the juice bar area Restock fruits, syrups, cups, ice, and supplies throughout shifts Handle customer orders and upselling opportunities Work with urgency during busy hours Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Assist with opening and closing duties Communicate effectively with kitchen and front counter staff Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Can multitask in a fast-paced environment Is dependable and arrives on time Enjoys customer interaction Learns quickly and follows systems Keeps a clean and organized workstation Works well with a team Has availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience Preferred Juice bar experience Smoothie shop experience Coffee/barista experience Restaurant or fast-casual experience Cash handling and POS experience Our Standards At Top Taste, we believe: Customers come first Teamwork matters Cleanliness is non-negotiable Reliability is mandatory Professionalism matters Attitude is everything Urgency and consistency create success We are building a team of people who care about their work and want to improve personally and professionally.
