In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will contribute significantly to the lively atmosphere and smooth operation of our venue. Whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you will deliver top-tier customer service while efficiently handling food and beverage orders. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for bills and payments. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures and sanitation protocols. Assist with food service when necessary, including serving food at bars or during catering events like banquets or private parties. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without sacrificing quality or safety standards. Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Demonstrated expertise with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Proven ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously through strong time management skills. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while understanding alcohol laws and food safety regulations. Familiarity with retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate billing and transactions. Knowledge of hospitality principles including customer service excellence, food safety practices, and food handling procedures. Experience working in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or catering events enhances your ability to thrive here.
