Take orders from guests accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while keeping track of sales using retail math skills. Support bar operations during busy nights or events like banquets and catering functions to ensure timely service. Follow all health regulations related to food safety, alcohol service, and responsible serving practices. Qualifications Previous experience as a bartender in settings such as nightclubs, fine dining restaurants, or banquet halls is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred; basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests from around the world. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the food industry. Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining quality service. Experience with beverage preparation techniques including brewing coffee or craft cocktails is a plus.
