Nestled in the stunning Maritime Parc at Liberty State Park, we deliver an elevated dining experience featuring perfectly charred prime steaks, inventive sushi rolls, an exquisite raw bar, creative seafood dishes, and craft cocktails, all with sweeping waterfront views of the NYC skyline. We are gearing up for a high-volume busy season and seeking seasoned, polished professionals who thrive in upscale, fast-paced fine-dining environments and are passionate about delivering unforgettable hospitality. Positions Available
  • Bartenders - Craft sophisticated cocktails, master our extensive wine list and premium spirits, and provide exceptional bar service in a high-volume setting.
  • Servers - Deliver warm, knowledgeable, and attentive fine-dining service to discerning guests.
  • Food Runners - Execute flawless table service by running food efficiently, maintaining standards, and supporting the front-of-house team. What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in high-end or fine-dining restaurants (steakhouse or sushi experience a strong plus)
  • Deep knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and cocktails (position-specific)
  • Professional appearance, impeccable etiquette, and a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform calmly under pressure
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer
