Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender to join our vibrant team at Willy Wall. In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service in a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment. As a key team member, you will contribute to the energetic vibe that makes Willy Wall a standout destination for socializing and entertainment. Pay is $20 / Hour not including tips (which can double hourly take home). We're a team first environment. Extensive bartending experience is not required. The most complicated drink we make is an Aperol spritz but a great attitude and friendly is required as you will represent the Manhattan Yacht Club. The Willy Wall is open six days per week from Mid May until Mid October. Responsibilities Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as square for order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations. Restock bar supplies promptly to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Demonstrate excellent customer service by actively listening to guest needs and providing tailored recommendations.
