Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by providing exceptional service, crafting delicious drinks, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet services or special events as required. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experiences. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred, particularly in bartending or related roles within restaurants or nightclubs. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
