Winchester Gardens is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Maplewood, NJ. We are seeking a part-time Bartender to join our team. At Springpoint, the Bartender is responsible for providing assistance in all bartending/catering functions as directed to accommodate the Club members/guests Club hours or during events. These functions include preparation and assembly of drinks, food items, servicing of food, storage, and cleanup of food items.
Responsibilities:
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that are palatable in appearance on a timely basis. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as instructed and in accordance with established portion control procedures. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Follow all health, safety, sanitary, standard precaution and infection control policies and procedures at all times. Ensure safe handling, distribution, and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Participate in ongoing training related to this topic.
Education and Experience:
Highschool Diploma or equivalent required The State of New Jersey requires that all bartenders must be at least 18 Valid NJ TIPS Certification Benefits (Part Time): STO and Holiday Pay 401(k) (Company Match If Eligibility is Met) Voluntary Benefits (including DailyPay!)
