Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws. Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end while accurately managing retail math calculations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions are essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of food safety regulations, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking between serving drinks, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness. Previous experience in retail math or hospitality roles involving brewing, catering, or food industry operations is advantageous. Excellent communication skills; ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events.
