In this role, you will craft innovative and classic cocktails, deliver exceptional customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of food safety and beverage presentation. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with fine dining, nightclub, or banquet experience will find this role particularly rewarding. Duties Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions, and ensure an outstanding customer experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile sales using retail math skills Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed Ensure responsible serving practices by verifying guest identification and adhering to alcohol regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate beverage service Uphold high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols at all times Assist in training new team members on beverage preparation techniques and POS procedures Experience Proven 2+ years of experience as a Mixologist or bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings Demonstrated knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Strong skills in time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Background in food service or food industry environments with an emphasis on customer service excellence Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience with retail math for cash handling and sales reconciliation Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus Previous catering or banquet experience preferred but not required If you are passionate about mixology, committed to delivering exceptional service, and eager to contribute to a lively hospitality environment, we encourage you to apply today.
