Overview:

We are seeking a customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a memorable experience. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards
• Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service
• Check identification of guests to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales revenue

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage trends
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately

• Food industry: Knowledge of food and beverage products, preparation methods, and industry trends.

• Hospitality:

  Understanding the importance of providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive dining experience.

• Restaurant:

  Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures.

• Aloha POS:

  Experience with the Aloha POS system is a plus.

• Bartending:

  Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage presentation.

• Brewing:

  Knowledge of different types of beer, brewing processes, and beer service.
