The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possess strong bartending skills, and be knowledgeable about a variety of beverage options. This role involves preparing and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Prior experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred, along with familiarity with food safety and responsible alcohol service. The position offers opportunities to work in vibrant settings such as restaurants, catering events, or retail beverage outlets. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service to enhance their experience. Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Restock supplies as needed and ensure all beverages are stored properly. Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours, including night shifts at nightclubs or banquet events. Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally. Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service. Knowledge of the food industry, including beverage preparation techniques for various settings like fine dining, nightclubs, or catering events. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and measuring ingredients accurately. Previous experience in hospitality roles such as serving, bartending, or retail beverage sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage trends can be an added advantage. This role is ideal for a dedicated hospitality professional who thrives in lively environments and values delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional bartending skills.
