This role is essential to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the venue. Ideal candidates are proactive, team-focused, and able to perform under pressure while upholding strict operational and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar environment at all times Support bartenders with bottle service, high-volume orders, chasers, and bar needs Continuously restock ice bins, mixers, garnishes, glassware, napkins, straws, and bar tools Clean and sanitize all bar surfaces, speed racks, bottles, sinks, equipment, and workstations Perform routine cleaning of all venue areas including bar spaces, bathrooms, basement areas, DJ booth, and common areas Conduct regular bathroom checks, restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shift Sweep and mop floors, immediately address spills, and ensure safe, clean walkways Remove trash and recycling from interior and exterior areas and follow designated disposal schedules Assist with inventory checks and refrigerator restocking in coordination with management Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and properly store bar equipment, ice bins, bar mats, glassware, and hookah equipment Follow all venue policies, including restricted access areas and staff protocols Communicate effectively with bartenders, managers, and security to support smooth operations and guest satisfaction Report broken, damaged, or malfunctioning equipment to management promptly Ensure the venue is left clean, organized, and secured per management direction Preferred Experience & Qualifications Previous bar back, bar support, or nightclub experience preferred Ability to work late nights, weekends, and high-volume shifts Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail Ability to multitask and remain efficient in a fast-paced environment Comfortable lifting ice bins, cases, and bar supplies Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Familiarity with nightlife, bottle service, or entertainment venues is a plus Physical Requirements Standing and walking for extended periods Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs Ability to work in a loud, fast-moving nightlife environment
