Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will create memorable experiences for guests by providing exceptional service, expertly mixing drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Deliver food orders promptly, ensuring proper food handling and safety protocols are followed. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and accommodating special requests. Support banquet, catering, nightclub, or retail events as needed, demonstrating flexibility in various food service environments. Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Experience in fine dining, nightclub, banquet service or retail math to accurately handle transactions and inventory. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and the ability to connect with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling techniques, and alcohol serving regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing tabs accurately. Ability to work in fast-paced environments within the food industry while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
