In this role, you'll support our bartenders and service team by keeping the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times. Duties Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and organizing supplies to uphold hygiene standards. Restock bar inventory such as bottles, mixers, garnishes, and utensils to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Support bartenders by bussing tables, clearing empty glasses, and ensuring the bar is tidy at all times. Help with setup and breakdown of events such as nightclub nights or banquets, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place or properly stored afterward. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly. Qualifications Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or a related industry such as restaurant, catering, or hotel work is highly desirable. Experience in nightclub environments or banquet settings is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
