Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Prepare and craft cocktails, utilizing your mixology skills and beverage recipe development knowledge Manage cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Engage with guests to promote menu items, including wine pairings, craft beers, and specialty cocktails Assist with food handling, catering events, and retail sales as needed to support team operations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or hospitality settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Expertise in cocktail mixing, spirits, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tables efficiently Familiarity with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and processing transactions accurately Previous experience with catering or retail sales is a plus but not required Join us to bring your passion for hospitality to life!
