About Us We are a high-volume, oceanfront fine dining restaurant known for exceptional service, elevated cuisine, and a fast-paced, team-driven environment. We're seeking experienced hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure and deliver memorable guest experiences. Overview This is a dual-role position during lunch shifts , where team members will operate as both server and bartender , and a single-role position during dinner shifts (assigned as either server or bartender based on scheduling and strengths). Ideal candidates are versatile, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a high-energy setting. Lunch Service (Dual Role) Provide full-table service while also preparing and serving beverages from the bar Manage guest experience from greeting through payment with professionalism and efficiency Prepare cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to fine dining standards Dinner Service (Single Role)
Server:
Deliver polished, attentive, and knowledgeable table service Guide guests through menu, specials, and wine pairings Coordinate with kitchen and support staff to ensure seamless service
Bartender:
Prepare high-quality cocktails and beverages with consistency Engage guests at the bar while supporting service bar tickets Maintain bar cleanliness, inventory, and presentation standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant Strong knowledge of food, wine, and classic cocktails Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and guest service skills Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude Availability for weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal shifts
